Balancing act!

Life is a balancing act. Especially in this day when everything is so tightly scheduled. We communicate in so many ways, but they are usually short messages letting our friends and family know we’re still here and thinking of them. The value of R&R…rest & relaxation.

We’ve been told that vacations should be taken every year to decompress and recharge our batteries. But many of us get SO busy that we just don’t find the time. Last year the global company I work for (day job) created a “use it or lose it” policy. Many people accumulated several additional weeks and had a tough time doing the work and being “off” last year.
