Tharp is the author of Feisty Family Values, published by Five Star Publishing in February 2010.B.D. began a freelance copy writing and editing company in 2004, now called Scribble LLC. She has been published in Sheridan Edwards Review, Women’s Focus magazine, Active Aging Magazine, Wichita Register magazine, and A Waist is a Terrible Thing to Mind: An Anthology.

Reading is reading
I just realized, I have been a book snob. Who knew? Reading is one of my FAVORITE things, and I read most every genre, by new and well know authors. Magazines and journals are fun to read, too, but I’ve been all about the BOOK. Let me explain. My husband loves magazines and reads the occasional book. My son loves artsy magazines, graphic novels, comics and also reads the occasional book. I devour a book a week (or more).
