A lot of writers are making videos about their books these days. They are a really cool visual marketing tool.  I’ve never made an iMovie before, but I gave it a try last night and made a 44 second video with music.  All of the nature photos were taken by me, in Kansas, and since Feisty Family Values takes place in Kansas I hoped to give you a flavor of the midwest.  My son took the cool book photos.

There were challenges and it’s not perfect, but I am proud of my first try.  You can view it on YouTube and I hope you won’t be too disappointed. It was fun, but obviously I have a lot to learn.  Do any of you have experience with iMovie or YouTube?  The photos faded out and I don’t know why.  All I can say is, I’m a writer, not a filmaker, but I enjoyed learning something new.  Take a look.
