I had the pleasure of interviewing Barbara Chamberlain the Executive Director of Ballet Wichita for the December issue of Womens Focus magazine.  What a delightful woman who has been a part of Wichita’s non-profit organizational growth over the years.  An avid reader and animal lover, Barbara knows that special events don’t just make money for an organization, they also make friends.

You’ll read about Virginia Stauffer in Active Aging in December.  This lovely lady makes beautifully knitted sweaters for children all over the world.  After reading in the Guideposts about the “sweater project” she decided to add her contributions to help orphan and handicapped children.  She may be wheelchair bound, but Virginia gets great pleasure out of being able to help others.
